Case Study

4 weeks of Training With Free Strategy Shared By Waterbury

High Frequency Training: The Goal is to steadily increase exercise volume so that the body has no choice but to increase strength and muscle mass.

1.  Started with a load able to lift 6-10 times. In this case, a plain ol’ pullup.

2.  Performed one set of pullups on a daily basis and tried to beat my last score

(kept in mind that I would be able to progress some days, while going down on other days) But just like the stock market, the fluctuations in between don’t matter, only the overall improvement.  Keep reading to find out the results.

3.  Keep things simple and: Take a week off or so every 20 to 30 days.

*no need for a gym if you have some free weights and/or a pull up bar.

Results: As you can see from the crazy graph the amount of pullups went from being able to do  a maximum of 8 pull ups to being able to do 14.  Tha’ts an increase of 6 reps in a 4 week time period.  Total workout time: 28 minutes total, about 1 minute per day!

May not be such a big deal to you if you’re super ripped already, but hope you enjoyed watching!

this post is very usefull thx!

  2. I can’t see why it would be considered a scam… it ‘s simple arithmetic and well know in all sports trainaing circles…

    • admin says:

Yes, that’s a good way to look at it, but anything in the internet these days can lead us to think anything can be a scam.

  3. Art Dealer says:

Ok, the progress is clearly visible but after 4 weeks surely there must be a stalling/non progressing point? When is it?

    • admin says:

Actually according to this graph, there was a couple of obvious stalling points during week 2 and again somewhere in week 3, and there are various fluctuations. After 4 weeks though, it is recommended to take a few days of rest with this particular HFT technique to allow your body to recover properly.
