<p>The majority of individuals who have read this book have been very pleased with the results they have gotten from following the plan that Chad Waterbury describes. Huge in a Hurry is supposed to provide workout plans for the entire body that allows men to gain muscle mass with a workout that doesn’t take hours to complete. The author writes from a physical education and training background and is well respected in the field. That having been said, the reviews are not universally positive.</p>
<p>The “fast lift” combined with a “heavy lift” when done poorly, or by those withoutany understanding of how much their body can handle, often results in injuries of various kinds.For beginners, this book seems to lackthe basic informationand cautions that are necessary. It is recommended therefore, that beginners have a trainer to assist them in learning the proper forms to avoid injury. On the flip side, the exercises detailed in the book are more “basic” than some advanced bodybuilders might be looking for, placing it into an intermediate category for those seeking to increase musclemass.</p>
<p>The most critical of reviewers do not say the book has no value;rather they approach it as being an incomplete plan. Without a doubt those reviewers say “it&#8217;s good but missing &#8211;” which is fairly interesting in that none of them pick the same thing to report as missing. One person faults the diet plan, while another says the information is not well presented or organized.</p>
<p>Noting this, one should also be aware that there are far more happy users of this book thanunhappy ones. The glowing reviews are about six times more evident than those that are critical. Reviews range from reporting exceptional gains following the program, to simply “this is great” types of reviews with little substance. I would venture to guess, however, that if someone bought the book and tookthe time to review it, there must be some reason why they liked it,even if they cannot articulate what that happens to be.</p>
<p>Those who do take the time to write positively about this book, point out that it only takes 25 minutes, 3 times per week to perform the entire fitness plan. The goals are split into sixteen- week segments that have a specific point to reach, and provide tailored exercises to help folks attain it. It is aimed at men, so the exercises and reps listed for each point are designed to work for building male muscle mass. The diet that comes withthe plan provides plenty of protein to help build muscle faster. Even those who report not being able to gain muscle with other plans have reported gains with this one, particularly when they followed the recommended diet and did the sets correctly.</p>

<p>There&#8217;s a certain doctor on TV who&#8217;s name rhymes with ill who makes  millions selling people weight loss advice while he himself is in sorry  shape. If there was any scam suspicion, that&#8217;s who I would suspect. But  this is not the case for Body of Fire.</p>

Things like: just eat healthy.. or just exercise and  everything will be peachy keen.</p>
<p>This kind of general advice gets  you nowhere, and it doesn&#8217;t even motivate you to do anything. That&#8217;s  stuff is a scam. But this Chad Waterbury is not like that. His advice is  specific and targeted. His diagrams are full size and in color. Every  step of the way is mapped out so know exactly what you&#8217;re doing.</p>
<p>When  I want advice I want to go to someone that has mastered the area. And  Chad is no newbie at shedding the weight off and packing muscle. When  this guy writes a book, like his last one a couple of years ago, The  fitness publications just flock to him to see if they could associate  their name with him. Just take a look at the cover of his last book  &#8220;Huge in a Hurry&#8221; -You might find a big Men&#8217;s Health logo on the cover.  They&#8217;re only the leading publishers in fitness today, no big deal.</p>

He&#8217;s living proof of what he does and that&#8217;s why clients pay  all the money they pay to work with him one on one. Chad lives the life  of a fitness enthusiast. Just catch a glimpse of the guy, and you&#8217;ll  know what I mean. He&#8217;s a bono fide authority on this topic and doesn&#8217;t  compare to all the other guys selling Weight loss and Muscle advice who  don&#8217;t know what they&#8217;re talking about, or don&#8217;t practice what they  preach and walk the talk.</p>
<p>You might just need some direction, a  set of strategies from a professional fitness coach, just to get the  momentum going and get you started toward building the body that you  always wanted. A relevant game plan for nutritional guidance, and even  exercises that you can do with free weights and your own body weight.</p>
<p>Those  carved abs in your midsection that you can proudly show off in the  beach will not carve themselves. Just imagine being the person that is  accidentally stared at on the beach. This is your chance to build the  glorious muscles you always wanted and to melt off the extra fat around  your belly.</p>

The  warm up period will begin slowly and get your body ready for the tough  workout before moving to the max.
