Body of Fire Quickstart Guide to Chad’s Workouts

Hi, if you already purchased Chad Waterbury’s Body of F.I.R.E system, I wrote up a quickstart guide to help you go through the BOF Program in a structured manner. (It was useful to me, and this is just my opinion)

Quick Start Guide Outline

Step 1:

You will receive three high quality manuals, the first thing you will probably want to do is go right through them and look at all the pretty pictures for the Wow factor, and to just arouse your curiousity.

Step 2:

Once all that’s over your gonna have to get down to business and absorb the workout wisdom information in the best manner possible. * Go through pages 1-15 of the Body of Fire Program Manual* This will include how to do mobility excercises (exercises to align your body and warm up so you workout with good form/posture), an overview of the whole program, as well as your first workout.

Step3:

The best thing to do next is to actually do the first workout.  Just try it, you don’t need to know everything about everything before you start taking action.  Later during your free time, you can look at the exercise manual for pointers on how to do the exercises for maximum effect.  And Watch the newly included videos whenever you please.

Step 4:

Since the following day you don’t workout (assuming your following the pattern) take a little time to flip through the 24 page simple nutrition guide, this should give you a good foundation for your eating habits for the rest of your days.  If you absolutely only have 5 minutes or so and can’t flip through the whole thing, go ahead and look at charts about sample nutrition plans.  There’s one for 140, 188, and 220 so just see the one closest to your weight (most likely you won’t weigh exactly that!) and make your eating habits as close as you can to the suggestions.

Step 5:

From here on forward read pages 16 + of the body of F.I.R.E. program guide as you progress through the workouts, and keep glancing at the exercises manual during your spare time so that you know how to do them best.  Keep up with the workouts and don’t let laziness overpower you.  Before you know it you’ll be in the greatest shape of your life.  ***Once again, you do NOT have to go through everything before taking action.
