The Body of FIRE Shake diet is an optional component of the Body of FIRE program. It is a diet composed by leading fitness trainer Chad Waterbury to shred as much fat as possible in 7 days. It is the contains some of the best diet shakes I have tasted.

I don’t know about you, but if you’re anything like me you’re often on the run and can’t catch enough time to sit down for a decent meal several times through out the day. We all know that we have to eat at least 4 meals per day, and doing this through shakes makes the process doable for anyone short on time. How long does it take you to drink a high protein shake?
Chad Waterbury’s Shake Diet consists of 4 shakes designed with a formula to provide you with the best nutrition while stripping away unnecessary layers of fat. These shakes make it easy to get a nutritious intake without the pain of eating every single healthy food you could find.
The shakes also do not contain unnatural protein supplements that are bad for your intestines so you won’t get bloated get gas problems. You’ll also get plenty of the right carbs to get you going and avoid getting cranky. And all this will speed up your metabolism since you will keep feeding yourself every few hours.
My experience with these best diet shakes
After experimenting with this diet I have to say that eating nutritiously has never been so easily accomplished and painlessly. Not only that, but with the right ingredients, the shakes taste pretty damn good.
You can also do it for more than 7 days, but don’t get too shake happy. At best, have one or two a day once you completed 7 days or so of nothing but shakes, that’s just my take on it.
