About Me

Welcome to my page about Body of Fire

I’m Jay and I first learned about Chad Waterbury when I bought one of his earlier products last year called Men’s Health Huge in a Hurry.   The way I figure was that if a giant publisher like Men’s Health is backing him up, he must have some credibility in that area because those guys don’t mess around.

Chad is not some guy that just got famous over night using the internet.  Chad has been in the game for a while now and is a respected authority when it comes to burning the fat away and building muscle mass.  In fact, he may be the world’s most muscular neurophysiologist. Just look at the guy!

Chad the Trainer

The fact that he practices what he preaches is something that just makes sense.  This allows him to teach muscle building techniques not just from theory or from “watching muscle-heads” but from developing the method, testing it with his own body, teaching it to others, and ONLY THEN coming back and writing about it.

Anyway, I can attest to the groundbreaking methodology in Chad Waterbury’s products and I’m sure he won’t disappoint you with his new release: Body Of Fire.

Hey Chad, I’ve been reading your Huge in a Hurry book, and my question was when you say to do each exercises 4 times? Do you mean, 4 times to get the the total amount of repetitions done? or do the whole exercise 4 times? and when you say to do the each exercises once, that means you still got to follow the rm and get the total repetitions done, right?

    thanks, Landry

Hi Landry, thanks for visiting. I know all these numbers can be confusing at first. I actually have Chad’s Huge in a Hurry so I can help you out with this right away. If I understand correctly, you’re referring to the letters on the top right hand corner of the exercises. When it says to “perform each workout 4 times” We’re not talking about individual exercises. We are talking about workout sessions. The Get Huge in a Hurry Program was designed from beginning to end. For example: The Get Big Phase 1 says to perform each workout four times. This means that in one week of workouts you Do Workout session A once, Workout session B once, and Workout session C once . That’s a total of 3 workout sessions a week. You have then “performed each workout once” To perform each workout 4 times you would do this for 4 weeks. Only then should you Move to the next Phase (Phase 1a) to follow the program. And that’s correct, you do still follow the RM loads, and total repetitions.
…..phew that was a long one!
